I’ve seen this mentioned on several sites lately. DVD Flick is an open source DVD authoring tool:
DVD Flick aims to be a simple but at the same time powerful DVD Authoring tool. It can take a number of video files stored on your computer and turn them into a DVD that will play back on your DVD player, Media Center or Home Cinema Set. You can add additional custom audio tracks as well as subtitles of your choice.
great program. thank God I found it. simple to use, fast and free. thanks
I have to agree with Judith . Free easy to use . None of these programs seems fast ,on average for me with an Amd 4200 and 1.5 gigs of ram it takes about an hour and a half to convert video files from my p2p to to standard American form. They Average around 700 mb for your hour and a half video/movie. I tried Nero 8 and it took just as long with the same result as far as i can tell. Over all its very nice and does a good job for free.
