PostHeaderIcon Comment Spam

PCIN.net Update blog is powered by b2evolution. It is open source software, and part of the community that uses it is a community antispam list. This has worked wonders on the hundreds of junk sites that have visited my sites and sucked up bandwidth.
Unfortunately it isn’t perfect. Occasionally there is some automated system that visits the site and leaves innappropriate comments that don’t really fit anything that is setup in the antispam filter. I’m working on eliminating those.
Thank you for your patience.

I always have terrible trouble with comment-related plugins that require me to put some line in the comment loop; I can never seem to find the right spot. Can anyone tell me where I should put the php line in my comments loop? I haven not modified anything much, and I would be very grateful. Thanks!
