I get many trade publications. I skim quickly through most of them, but one column that I always read is Robert X. Cringely’s Notes from the Field. Apparently the name is a pseudonym for each successive person who writes this column. Whomever is writing the columns now, I don’t know, but the columns are fun nonetheless. He usually highlights a few rumours and/or stories each week and shares them in a witty, sometimes hilarious way.
