Microsoft ordered to put Java in Windows
"Microsoft must include rival Sun Microsystem's Java programming language
in its Windows operating system, a federal judge ruled Monday, handing Sun
a victory as it pursues a private antitrust case against Microsoft.
Sun argued earlier this month before U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz
that Microsoft has gained an unfair advantage by shipping Windows -- used
by more than 90 percent of the world's personal computers -- with an outdated
version of Java that's inconsistent for its users."

Queen netted in web of bad faith
"The Queen has been condemned for acting in 'bad faith' after losing
a landmark legal battle to secure the rights to an Internet web title.
Judges sitting on a UN tribunal dismissed an attempt by the Queen and the
New Zealand Government to take control of the web domain name Newzealand.com
from its US owner.
A panel of international intellectual property lawyers found arguments used
by the Queen's lawyers to be 'astonishing' and made in 'bad faith'.
It is believed to be the first such ruling about cyber-squatting concerning
a country's name. The ruling might spark a race by governments to register
rights to the names of regions and countries before private companies."

Question
I would like to partition my 20 GHz hard drive. I'm running Windows ME at
present but I'd like to put '98 on as well.
Response
You'll need a Boot manager. My problem is similar, only that I plan to install
3 Windows 98 on a 40-80 GB Hard Disk (1 for general use, 1 for CD writing
and one for backup). I posted on another forum asking what on the available
boot managers (System Commander, Bootit NG, Acronis OS Selector, Bootstar,
bootmagic, etc.) is the best but was not contented with the responses (see
http://www.sysopt.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=120110&goto=newpost).
Reading the reviews at download.com, it appears that Partition boot manager
is best as you can use fdisk.com and third party partitioners.
